"For full disclosure: when I ordered from Ippa, it was close to closing time and I had not truly researched all of Ippa's offerings. And as I'm composing this review, I see that Ippa sells dipping sauces (I had no idea until now), which, if I had them with my pizza, I would give my experience more than 3 stars. And tonight I see Ippa's other pizzas...and they look really good! I think I will stop by again after doing my research and I'll get some dipping sauces! I ordered a garlic and cheese pizza, similar to a "white pizza". The ingredients were of good quality and the pizza itself was OK. There was nothing really wrong with the pizza or my experience, I just wasn't blown away. I think the top reason I wasn't thrilled with Ippa pizza is that the pizza is cooked in a brick oven. I'm not a fan of brick oven pizza and I still wanted to try Ippa anyway. I don't like char at all! But I know asking for no char for brick oven pizza is being unreasonable...maybe if I had a dipping sauce to cancel out the taste of the char, I'd feel differently."

"Stopped in here Saturday with my 6-year-old nephew. He is the pickiest eater I've ever known and only eats a few different foods, one of them being cheese pizza. I ordered us one and when it came to the table, he took one look at it and said, 'that's not my pizza!'. It had oregano and parmesan cheese sprinkled on top of it which he's never had. I convinced him that it would be the best pizza he ever ate if he'd just try it. He took one bite and looked at me. He said, 'ask me if I like it'. So, I asked him, 'do you like it?'. He goes 'No... I love it!!!!'. This kid never likes anything, but he LOVED that pizza and even I have to admit, it was some of the best pizza I've had. Our waitress was fantastic as well. All in all, a great experience. Will definitely go back again when in the area."

"Stopped in on the way to a show at the Warner and got the Rita for $14 to split. Ordered at the bar and they brought it to our table. Good food. Cool vibes. I’d come back!"

"Disappointed with the food at Ippa. I ordered the Rita and the cheese to sauce ratio was way off. They slathered the pizza with sauce and were very stingy with the cheese. The cheese hardly melted as well. The gelato was good, though. Not worth coming back again."

"Oh...My...Deliciousness!!! This is an Awesome looking mobile pizzeria next to George's, not loving the location but soooo worth the hassle. The employee told us all about the ingredients and specialty items with so much passion and all was backed up by the flavor of the crispy pizza and cheese sticks(Must Try Item) we ordered. It was all so yummy that mmmmmmmm was all that was said during this meal. Can't wait to go back... well worth the price for Quality Ingredients. This is where Love is in The Food!"
